Themio uses "Enterprise/API" tiers of its AI providers (OpenAI, Google). Data entered via the survey or platform is not used to train or fine-tune their general-purpose AI models.
Data processed via Google Cloud may transit to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (European Commission decision of 10 July 2023), confirmed at first instance by the EU General Court in September 2025 (Latombe case).
